– To Increase Active Sim and Lappu Outlets
– To increase number of rural Distributors
– To achieve Tertiary recharge sales
– To achieve Gross Pre Paid targets
– To manage, train and develop FSE
– To maintain effective Updated MIS
– Manage scale and size of operation
– Managing multiple stake holders
– Decision level
– Prime: Final Decision Making authority, accountable to the Management
– Responding to market dynamics and recommending measures to increase rural tertiary sales from existing and new retailers.
– Expanding the distribution coverage: Appointing new rural distributors and managing, sustaining and retaining Lappu and SIM rural selling outlets.
– Effective and timely commn. of schemes and product launches to distributors and retailers
– Constantly tracking and reviewing rural distributors and their FSEs on their secondary and tertiary sales and market expansion.
