– Role :Application Developer
– Role Description :Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
– Must Have Skills :User Interface Design and Development

– Key Responsibilities : 1 Ship human-centered experiences in products and services 2 participate in and/or facilitate design brainstorming and work sessions 3 Present design ideas and assets as needed to peers,partners,and management in ways that bring the customer story to life, incorporating feedback into design efforts 4 Effectively communicate with partners including but not limited to program managers,developers, and user researchers through implementation to realize design vision
– Technical Experience : 1 Understanding of design principles, typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, design systems, pattern libraries, etc and fundamentals of how to effectively present visual mood boards, storyboards 2 Presentation of a design portfolio depth and breadth of interaction 3Experience of 8 years or above in interaction design or design discipline for consumer product experiences 4Information design, industrial design, communication design, architecture
– Professional Attributes : 1 A passion for people, a respect for the craft and deep curiosity in driving new experiences 2 Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood designs
– Educational Qualification : Bachelors/ Masters degree or equivalent experience in product design, HCI, interaction design
