Job Description :
– Designation : HR Recruiter
– Job Timing : 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
– Week Offs : Sunday Fixed
– No. Of Days Working : Monday to Saturday (Full Day)
– Salary Range : Rs. 7000 to Rs. 10,000 in hand + Monthly Performance Based Incentives
– Salary Hike : Quarterly on the basis of performance & dedication at work
– Interview Timings: 11 am to 3 pm Only (from Monday to Saturday)
– Making Calls on the database provided by the Senior
– Speak to the job seekers & conduct their telephonic interview
– Do initial screening & Shortlisting on the basis of their communication skills, qualification, location, previous experience, last salary & expected salary
– Building relationships with job seekers
– Schedule their interviews, maintain daily line-up tracker, follow up & reschedule the interviews – until the candidate is selected
– Post Selection : Follow up with the candidate for documentation & joining procedure
– Meeting targets for vacancies filled and people placed
– Keeping records in the system
– HSC / Under Graduate / Graduate Pass
– Females can only apply
– Freshers / Experience can apply
– Good Communication skills is a must
– Must have basic computer knowledge
– Must be willing to work for a Placement & pursue her career in the recruitment industry
