Job Description :
– Proactively assist Company Management in achieving mission, vision and objectives for the Company
– Fully understand all aspects of & be able to work to within and compliant to Global Production Procedures
– Daily updates and communications to direct reports, on a daily basis, verbally or in report form (as necessary)
– Act in accordance with all existing company policies, including but not limited to those pertaining to: Security, Acceptable Use, Privacy, Non-Disclosure and Standards of Conduct
– Some availability outside normal working hours as and when needed, as scheduled
– Additional duties as and when required by the Production Manager or Global Queue Manager
– Communicate and work closely with Global Production Manager and direct reports to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient management of processing and deliverable outputs
– Assisting in managing local job queue(s), including but no limited to adding/parting jobs in Eboard/Bridge, assigning jobs to staff as as per the direction of Production/Global Queue Manager and ensuring due times are met
– Perform any other duties as directed by Production Manager or Global Queue Manager, which may include execution of Production Engineer duties and workflow participation
– Scheduling direct reports, as needed, to meet business needs
– Ensuring work of direct reports is ofthe highest quality, in compliance with the Company s set quality standards
– Ensure company mandated Production process is followed by direct reports, on all projects
– Investigate errors, anomalies, and other problems for identification and future prevention
– Assist and/or facilitate training for new and existing staff members, as and when required
– Updating direct reports regarding new changes/amendments to existing workflows/processes/instructions and ensuring proper adherence
– Assist Production Manager or Global Queue Manager in identifying staff who require further training to enhance their skills or for ongoing improvement, as required to complete their daily tasks/jobs
