– participation in RFI/NOVAC mtgs
– training of MQA TLs & Associates
– & ensure inspection flow accordingly
– lead participation in external quality & mfg excellance assesments
– adherances to shop quality indicators by continuous upgradation of quality gate standards & effective feedback & training of all concerned.
– manpower planning for ensuring quality gate effectiveness at various stages of VA&T quality flow
– ensuring process adherances thru’ Internal Audits & effective feedback mechanisms
– participation in defect RC analysis & concern resolution thru’ CFT approach
– adherances to Systems reqmts
– ensuring consistent inspection standards at CAI & FAI
– monitoring cost of quality
– timely escalations of non-conformances on system & process adherances
