Job Description :
– Follows up with customer via telephone or email following initial sales contact
– Manage both Inbound and Outbound Calls
– Work directly with customers via telephone
– Educates customers on product offerings and services to improve their “on-line presence” and explains pricing etc to the customers.
– Maintains accurate daily record of sales Go the Extra Mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
– and email to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to renew with us and pursue for referrals sales.
– Continued product education to better service customer calls
– Outstanding Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
– Ability to learn about products and services and describe / explain them appropriately
– Requirements :

– Cool tempered and able to handle rejection
