– Differentiating between will and skills issues and coach or mentor accordingly.
– Preparing reports and analysis of training
– Identify information and identifying essential gaps in learning
– Organizing information to develop a better approach to training
– Structuring or classifying multiple pieces of information gathered through floor performance matrices
– Responsible for checking calls and providing feedback on communication & soft skill parameters.
– Willingness to work 24/7 – needs to be comfortable with working in shifts
– Strong written and Verbal Communication and Presentation skill
– Good in Excel and MIS
– Ability to design and develop skills.
– Willing to train as per set modules
– Able to coach new hires and current employees
– Shift Timing – 24*7
– Candidate should ready to join immediately or 2 week notice period.
