Job Description : 

– This resource will have 3 – 4 member dedicated team of E1 / E2 resources responsible for State / Village level analysis of emerging trends on numbers
– Interact with the RBH / CH at regular frequency to seek feedback on Product features and the need to develop new features.
– State level trend analysis to identify increase in delinquency at village/ state level to implement corrective measures and avoid business loss.
– Track location level monitoring and tracking the credit rating for business continuity.
– The resource will handle E2E product development and implementation of new product variants as required.
– Engage with Operations / WBO teams to help business teams on timely disbursals.
– Provide required marketing collateral support to the sales team from Product features and track competition benchmarking.
– repayment etc.
– To have monthly review with Credit and Policy team at Village / District / State level for regular business output.

– To implement HR compliance measures in the team like E Attendance
– Sensitize the Regions on HR related compliance items.
– Handle SO to RM promotion process jointly with HR team.
– leave Tracking etc. Track location level recruitment to keep a check on approved manpower budgets.
– Manage and Monitor the Manpower Cost budget to ensure budget is not overrun.
– Track the bottom Regions on actual recruitment to budgets.
– WEBARS
– Identify regional level placement consultants and get them empaneled with HR to facilitate location level hiring at Regions.
– Manage and close the annual promotion activity.

– Release MIS to track the manpower recruitment at RM/ Cluster/ RBH level.
– Release regular MIS to improve efficiency levels.
– Maintain MIS alerts on State level trend analysis prior to credit flagging the location in cat C/D.
