– FunctionalL2/L3 Engineer – GSMC Network SupportMajor Activities:* 24 x 7 Shift Operations for Managed Network Services* Project Implementations* Support for Platform Network devices* Ticket handling* Working closely with technical staff in different domains.
– 4-8 years of Experience in Networking (switching & Routing), Load balancer and Linux/UNIX, Scripting (added advantage)
– Good Communication and interpersonal Skills are mandatory. Expert level certifications like CCNP would be an added advantage.
– 4-8 years of Experience in Networking Routing & Switching. Expert level knowledge in Routers,Switching and Firewalls.
– Candidate should have handled at least any the Router & Switch products. Cisco, Juniper (Added Advantage) and Load balancer F5, A10.
– Candidate should be good in BGP,OSPF,MPLS,IPV6,STP,VRRP both configuration and Troubleshooting.
– Candidate should have Hands On experience on Monitoring tools such as cacti, Open NMS, Whatsapp Gold,PRTG,MRTG. Ticketing Tools such as ITSM, ZenDesk.
