Job Description :
– Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
– Compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines and policies relevant to T&O.
– Manage audit at branch and ensure minimum satisfactory rating at all times.
– Ensure smooth functioning of the branch by supervising activities relating to Customer Service & Payments & Branch operations and Adherence to agreed TATs with business thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.
– To maintain an efficient, knowledgeable and professional approach and expertise in your domain. Process and Product improvement and initiatives to be taken through ideation and ensuring zero errors.
– Ensure quality initiatives taken at each branch level in the cluster.
– Manage & control all operational related functions of the branch with zero errors.
– Ensure adequate coordination with centralized operations teams to maintain high quality service and internal and external customer satisfaction.
– Ensure timely receipt and submission of regulatory and other reports by the Branches in the cluster.
– Participate in process improvement exercises within T&O.
– Identify areas where productivity enhancement and cost reduction initiatives can be introduced.
– Minimum 10 to 15 year s of experience in Branch Banking Operations (Retail and Trade operations) out which at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
