– Build relationships with prospective clients

– Channel development (Dealers / Sub Dealers)
– Ensure optimum utilization of the territory by building up customer base / retailer network
– To ensure Company’s display and branding at respective dealers.
– Achieve sales plan in terms of volume & net value as budgeted, monitor collection in terms of number of days within authorized budget
– Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
– Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
