Job Description :
– Using high complexity business requirements, perform application development activities through all phases of System Development Life Cycle
– Perform technical design, development, code reviews, testing, validation and implementation of application processes
– Create detailed technical documentation for assigned projects
– Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks
– Learn and Adapt to New tools/processes as required
– Ensure stability of existing application, processes and focus on improving the platform/processes
– Work closely with Production support and Infrastructural support groups as needed
– Around 15 years of hands-on professional experience working on design/development and support for Java/J2EE based large and complex applications
– Technical Expertise Core Java, Multithreading, UI framework (Flex/Angular/HTML5, ExtJS), Oracle, SQL, Spring, design patterns, Webservices, Tibco
– Experience on using build/deploy tools like Jenkins, Hudson, Teamcity, UDeploy. Code quality tools like SONAR
– Bachelor s degree MCA /B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech (in computers, information technology or engineering)
– Experience of leading complex and large scale projects in the past
– Ability to mentor the junior developers and drive end to end project delivery
– Strong interpersonal skills to interact with global team members and clients
– Excellent verbal and written communications skills
– Strong work ethic with focus on adding value to the team
– Candidate should be willing to work extended hours in order to interact with onshore team or as per project demand
