Job Description :
– Responsible for complete process of Data Extraction and Data building from Scratch.
– Responsible for smooth running processes by closely following-up for Spares extraction and PMS jobs Extraction
– Perform the QC and will be responsible for Quality of overall data build.
– Will do Client communication and resolve any issue gaps in data provided.
– Prepares source data for entry by opening and sorting mail, verifying and logging receipt of data, screening and obtaining missing data.
– Team Management and responsible for Teams performance.
– Monitor and guide teammates to achieve their target on time and data with high accuracy and quality.
– Planning, assigning and reporting all tasks so that system/management will be complete updated at any moment.
– Ad-hoc duties as given by Management.
– Any Marine Engineer/graduate with 5 years working experience.
– Fluency in written and spoken English.
– Technical Background: Science or IT background / Maritime industry.
– Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail.
– Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge and experience of PMS will have added advantage.
– Experience in different Software for Technical and Purchase will have added advantage.
– Experience in data handling of marine industry will have added advantage.
– Experience in Supply Chain Cycle of Shipping (Marine) domain will have added advantage
