– New Hire Training
– Readiness of new hire class logistics, documentation
– Timely & effective pre- process & process trainings

– Ensure100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, update dissemination, error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments

– Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practices
– Managed trainings single handedly
– Drive Process improvements
– Maintain key records like working files, email for reference and audit purpose
– Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
– Ensure that turnaround time and quality of the work meets Company service standards
– Interact with Onshore /Offshore and customer in a respectful and professional manner via email and on calls
– Manage own work in process and support team efforts to ensure that individual, team goals are met.

– Graduate in medical stream- BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, BPT, BDS, B Pharma, M Pharma

– 4-5 years of work experience preferred in Medical Summarization/ Underwriting in Life or Health Insurance
– Experience in Group Disability Insurance Underwriting /Employee benefit/ Workers Compensation/ Individual disability Insurance or/and Insurance qualification/certifications will be an added advantage
– Preferred-prior Transitions/ knowledge transfer experience/engagement to enable smooth knowledge capture/ transfer
– In depth knowledge of the process at least 1 year in similar process
– Strong Communication skills (Both written & verbal)
– Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
– Displays energy and enthusiasm in approaching the job
– Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

– Process Associate, Claims Insurance
– Transaction processing according to standard work & SOP
– Prioritize transactions according to documented guidelines to meet SLA
– Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives
– Comprehending and responding to customer inquiries. Identify, research, and resolve problems.
– Assist with/perform other team tasks as required.
– Ability to accurately interpret and compile information from a variety of sources and systems
