– Development sales ramp analysis, onboarding and L&E program impact and improvement projects
– Retention predictive attrition model; retention plans; attrition surveys; productive capacity analysis

– Drives key strategic initiatives through data, analytics, project planning, communication . . .
– Solve business problems and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
– Collect and analyze data required for modelling and other project objectives
– Create detailed business plans, project plans and implementation plans
– Works cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance for the project goals during and after project lifecycle
– Designs, develops and articulates project’s objectives, approach, hypotheses, data requirements and work plan

– Technical Subject Matter Expertise data structure, data queries, data manipulation, advanced analytics, advanced modeling, design thinking . . . Strong capabilities in SQL, Tableau, Excel, R, Python . . .
– Excellent Qualitative and Quantitative Analytical ability
– Excellent written and oral communication skills creating presentations, command skills . . .
– Organized and detail oriented – tracks and monitors project work plans, including objectives, tasks and time frames to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
– Project management skills
– Excellent innovative and structured thinking
– Bachelor s Degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline required.
– MBA preferred
– 3 years of prior work experience.
– Preference is for Strategy Consulting, Sales Strategy and / or Corporate Strategy.
– Excellent data and analytical skills required.
– Proficient with Tableau, Excel, Word, Access, and Power Point required. Strong capability with SQL and willingness to become expert with building queries / manipulating data to answer critical GTM questions. Interest in statistical programming including R preferred
– Project management and facilitation skills required.
– Must have a strong interest in technology
