– Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
– Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/showback operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities : 1 Excellent knowledge of Hadoop architecture and Strong Linux system administrator skills 2 Experience in Hadoop cluster setup and administration and total experience in Unix system administration and system support experience 3 Design, deploy, maintain upgrade Hadoop Unix ecosystem components 4 Responsible for implementation and ongoing administration of Hadoop infrastructure on AWS cloud 5 Monitor Hadoop cluster for performance and capacity planning 6 Configuration and management of security for Hadoop clusters 7 Automate repetitive operational tasks 8 Aligning with the systems engineering team to propose and deploy new hardware and software environments required for Hadoop and to expand existing environments 9 Working with data delivery teams to setup new Hadoop users This includes setting up Linux users, setting up Kerberos principals and testing HDFS, Hive, Impala, Pig and MapReduce access for the new users 10 Cluster maintenance as well as creation and removal of nodes using va
