– “Sr. Technical Specialist – Linux Operations – Provides multi level Technical suppaort for diagnosing, reproducing and fixing Linux Hardware and OS issues/problems. – Responsible for managing Server related Incidents/Service Requestsand Change Requests within the defined SLA. – High level of proficiency in Linux administration and Troubleshooting, – Provide recommendations to improve andaddress/lead critical issues and root cause analysis. – Actively contributes to the troubleshooting, performance tuning of Linux servers. Perform necessary Linux infrastructure maintenance activities and migration, as required. – Ability to identify scalabilty, performance and integration issues and propose optimal solutions. Should be able to collaborate across products/vendors and geography to come up with a compelling solution. – Able to provide technical guidance to other team members. – Required to work as on-call support to provide 24×7 support”
– “Success delivery of technical projects, initiatives across the services . Audit and Analyse the environment, share report and ensure fix – on monthly basis . Leads the COE team for the Technology in Shared Service center , works with onsite teams on New Demands and Complex cases. Planning and Execution of High Impact , Complex changes. Drive Problem Management & RCA. Ensure Reduction of Incidents , Target 10% reduction through Automation and Standardization. “
