– Position: Relationship Manager /Sr.RM / Portfolio Manager/Wealth Manager
– Salary: INR 2, 00,000 – 4, 75,000 P.A. Fixed CTC
– Location : Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai & Trichy.
– Role: Individual Contributor
– Reporting to BDM/Unit Head
– Responsible for tele calling & fixing an appointment
– Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
– Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
– Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the Company/Manager are attended and reverted within the TAT.
– Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) , Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
– Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
– Customer Servicing & Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
– A graduate between 23 to 35 yrs of age.
– Hardcore Sales experience of 1+ Yrs for the position of RM.
– Minimum, one year of experience in Life insurance (direct sales)For the position of SRM,
– Minimum, 2 -3 years of experience in Life insurance( Direct Sales ) for the position of PM & WM
– Must have Bike & be a local resident for at least 3 yrs
– Good relationship management skills and pleasing personality.
– Dynamic and result oriented approach with good communication and networking skills
