– Managing sales (Front End)
– Directly Managing customers.
– Experience in handling multiple customers.
– Sales to major automotive OEMs, tier 1 and tier 2
– Generic: Good communication skills.
– Fully responsible for all aspects of the assigned Key Accounts
– New business development with assigned customers
– Seeking out new customers for business expansion.
– Forecasting of the Business for the accounts being handled.
– Knowledge of application based Technical specifications of customers.
– Cross-cultural relationship management and should be familiar with demography.
– Strategic planning and building up short and long term business plans.
– Ensuring On Time Delivery is maintained with customers
– Arranging Technical Presentations/ seminars at customer end.
– Manage customer business reviews to communicate and prove value delivery and reinforce relationships.
– Devising and prioritizing personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs & sales objectives
– Must be familiar with Quality systems like ISO /TS 16949, 14001 and OHSAS.
– Handling Sales to Auto OEM s/ Tier 1/II supplier of OEM s
– Compensation Min 9 yrs. of Exp candidate can be offered DM position (CTC 10 TO 11 Lac),
– Plus yrs. of exp. candidate can be given Manager level position (CTC 12 TO 14 with Variable Pay)
