Job Description :
– Work closely with teams to build a governance environment and ensure adherence to controls
– Drive awareness of Operating Control Framework and ensure adoption across Global COEs
– Engage in proactive identification and remediation of process risks
– Represent Genpact s commitment on delivering exceptional results in client’s external audits on the business processes managed by Genpact for client
– Lead and manage Genpact s internal audits
– Interact regularly on compliance and controllership with the external and internal stakeholders
– Train operations teams on client controls – new hires, change management etc.
– Own and ensure timely submission of all compliance deliverables, globally
– Chartered Accountant
– Relevant experience in internal or statutory audits
– Well versed in MS Power point, Word and Excel
– Team player & high energy levels
– Excellent communication and articulation skills
– Ability to meet deadlines & work effectively with high quality levels
– Good networking & presentation skills
– Multi-Stakeholder handling skills/Cross functional coordination
– Strong accounting conceptual knowledge.
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
– Flexible to shifts
– Understand SOX Controls and relate them for performing SOX testing as per client validation program
– BPO experience
– Audit in a shared service environment
– Managed or worked in R2R function
– Big 4 / Financial services/R2R background
– Well verse with risk assessment and audit procedures
– Working knowledge of ERP-SAP, Oracle etc
– Ability to take independent decisions
