Job Description :
– Single point contact with retail financers for planning, execution & resolution of issues.
– Review AO wise requirement of retail finance & agree on a plan with MMFSL.
– Ensure sustainability of programmes by reviewing the quality of trade advance by retail financing agencies & provide support for its liquidation.
– Benchmark financial products offered to M&M & co-ordinate with financers to seek product improvement.
– Review dealer-wise sales plan & assess working capital requirement.
– Analyse sources of funds deployed by the dealer.
– Co-ordinate with channel financing agencies for utilization of existing limits as well as preparation of new limits according to their working capital requirement.
– Build important relationships with financial institutions for retail as well as wholesale finance by holding monthly meetings and increase awareness of the Bank Managers about Products offered by Mahindra & Mahindra. .
– Monitor retail cycle & suggest ways for reduction of retail cycle at dealer / AO level.
– Resolve any issues with respect to retail loans faced by the Bankers and Dealers.
– Monitor & help in collection of post disbursement documents of financing agencies like Registration certificates, insurance & invoice.
