Job Description :
– CMOS digital logic block transistor level circuit design
– Develop schematics of the block with clear instructions for the layout floor plan
– Write verilog rtl and verify schematic against verilog with LEC
– Run HSPICE pre-layout timing and validate with extracted post-layout
– Extract and characterized of the block
– Complete backend verification: LEC(rtl/sch), Static timing, EM/IR/SIGEM
– Must have BS with 7+(MS with 5+ years) years details CMOS transistor level digital logic circuit design experience
– SRAM or Register file circuit design experience preferred
– Knowledge of Verilog, schematic & layout(Virtuoso) and backend verification is required
– Scripting with Perl/Python will be a big plus
– Great interpersonal and communication skills.
– Excellent team player with strong leadership qualities.
– Good analytical and problem solving skills.
– Great motivational and team building skills.
