– Building Agency – Identify and recruit potential advisors (Ex: Friends,retired persons,any family members etc)
– Driving Sales – Achieve expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisors.
– Manage team performance and productivity – Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the team.
– Leadership – Provide leadership and management to the team of Advisors.
– Mentoring and Training – Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisors in the team, provide feedback on advisors” performance.
– It is a field job which requires you to go & meet customers & advisors.
– should be a Graduate
– Minimum 2+ year exp. In Sales or Life Insurance
– Age criteria: 27 to 40 years
– Two-wheeler is mandatory.
– Good Communication skills
