Key Responsibilities : The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with key project stakeholders to capture business and user requirements as Stories and work hand in hand with various team to deliver the end product with utmost customer satisfaction The Business Process Analyst: Collaborates with the System Administrator and Platform Architect to ensure stories built to platform standards Works hand in hand with the development and testing teams to ensure that the stories are understood, developed, tested
Technical Experience : 3 years of hands-on experience with working in the ServiceNow tool, with expertise in HR, ITSM modules, scoped application and Support Portal features 3 years experience in a medium to large-sized multi entity environment strongly preferred ServiceNow Certified System Administrator will be an added advantage
Professional Attributes : Service Management and business system experience in the analysis and documentation of business systems and processes 3 years ServiceNow preferred Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment that includes external resources and vendors Strong written an
