Job Description :
– Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce.com platform. Develop the technical Design, custom solution and system design based on force.com platform
– Participate in technical design sessions; document technical solutions that are aligned with client business objectives and follow architectural guidance
– Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce.com implementation
– Understand the current Baxter organization and system landscape
– Review Functional Requirement Specification document
– Participate in design validation and identify any gaps
– Implement Design Changes
– Follow recommended technical best practices
– Bachelor s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with 3-4 years of experience
– Understanding of the Salesforce.com product suite focused on Salesforce 1, Service Cloud, Lightning and Communities
– Configuration experience using the Salesforce.com point-and-click developer interface
– Experience of programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform including Apex
– Understanding of the Salesforce Communities data security model
– Experience in building Salesforce Communities using Community Builder and Force.com sites
– Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems
– Working Experience in creating Lightning components and building Custom Lightning UI.
– Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies
– Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
– Active Salesforce.com certified developer and/or admin as a minimum
– Proven analytical and problem resolution skills
– Quality and cost driven
– Ability to build consensus with other IT teams
– Strong oral and written communication skills
– Strong interpersonal skills
