Job Description :
– We are looking for Senior Developer who could effectively contribute to the development and deployment of Operational Risk Management MI & Reporting solutions (ORAC).
– Full understanding and management of Non-functional requirements understand and advise on technical discussions around specialist tools.
– Recruitment, Training and supervision of existing and new MI & Reporting team members.
– Share experiences and work with team to complete knowledge transfer and resolve any issues.
– Very articulate both in verbal communication and inputting crisp and concise emails together, along with preparing the presentations (e.g. reporting strategy) for management review.
– A Energetic and motivated self-starter, willing to take on challenging tasks, capable of working independently or in a global team to deliver solutions under aggressive timelines with the ability to interact and influence business partners to arrive at the correct solution.
– Accountable for the Operation Risk Tech MI & Reporting solution designs, development and unit testing incl.
– performance/ non-functional activities including active coordination with the ORF test manager for SIT test case
– creation.
– Accountable to provide the daily development status and actively participate in the planning and estimation
– exercises for code delivery, testing and go-live
– Should be able to make judicious decision with respect to design and development of reporting solutions so that
– the final solution satisfies all the quality and non-functional requirements criteria.
– Should be able to come up with multiple approaches to any problem statement/solution/technical challenge and take well informed decision to pick the best solution
– A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related.
– Hands on experience in Oracle development. Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, Database design & Architecture, Oracle performance tuning
– Hands on data Visualization experience in Tableau, Qlikview
– Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle, particularly Agile, LEAN methodologies
– Experience with NoSQL databases and cloud environments.
– Any technical knowledge and / or hands-on experience with GRC solutions – MetricStream product Hands-on experience with Tableau and Microsoft Office toolset, primarily Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, Macros) Quick learner with excellent communication and organization skills Professional Agile certifications desirable.
