Job Description :
– being manufactured by the production department.
– Support Documentation and approve the Preparation of Specification like raw material
– Ensure support and documentation of the upkeep of the testing and QC Records.
– Review and approve SOPs
– To ensure that the process parameters of production are approved from time to time and implemented as and when required.
– protocol and test procedure.
– To review and approve the certificate of analysis
– analysis and disposition of samples.
– ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 documentation.
– Support the After Sales in matters pertaining to Customer Complaints including completion of all CAPA.
– analysis record data generation and timely reporting of the data as per agreed frequency.
– in process stage and finished product as per customer specification.
– Monitor the updation of records and documents to demonstrate compliance.
– Monitoring and ensuring the sample management
– To ensure approval of Quality Control checks at every stage as per quality plan.
– Implementation of systems as per ISO 9001

– Monitor and approve sampling
– Review and monitor the qualities of the product
– Ensure overall smooth and effective working of the all department in quality matters
– Document and contribute in preparation of the specifications for in-process and Raw Material used by the organization.
