– Role Description – Will be responsible for Recruitment, Sales &Marketing, Channel Management, Business Development, Key Account Management &People Management
– Preferably 2+ years experience in Bancassurance channel.
– Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Communication &Presentation Skills and Relationship Management Skills
– Age will be looking at 30 to 35 yrs. in case the candidate is very good we can look for higher ages and may be upto 40yrs.
– Consistency in employment. we cannot consider job hoppers who change companies in 1 yr or less than that Will be looking at Tied Agency Experience
– Willing to travel for 10-12 days depending if he is handling multiple locations
– Good Communication skills. it will include even vernacular communication as well.
– Profiles with sales and training experience can be considered
– We can look at Sales Profiles viz. ADM/Sales Managers from competition
– Companies to look at are Tata Aia life, max Life, Met life, Kotak, Edelweiss, Bajaj Life and every other insurance company where the candidate would have worked in tied agency
