Job Description :
– Manage training programs including planning, budgeting and course delivery
– Designing Yearly training Calendar for employees
– Identification of training requirement for different level of employees
– Conduct Soft Skill Training sessions
– Development of Content
– Ensure participation and participants requirements are being met from the training programs
– Performance Management System
– Drive and mange the development and implementation of companywide performance management systems
– Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role / department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework
– Developing and conducting training’s and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised
– Minimum 4+ years of Training experience
– Previous experience of working on the Night Shift is a must
– Experience in Communication Training is required
– Building of training roadmaps and plans
– Excellent coaching skills
– Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
