Job Description :
– This role covers build, implement and sustain a Global Supply Relationship Management (SRM) COE framework, supporting the Global CRES frontline through a dedicated back office team based out of Pune. Implement robust processes and standardization leading to efficiency and assurance. Lead and manage the team of supplier risk management experts.
– The role holder will be responsible to setup a new back office team to be able to support CRES & LS global frontline operations and implement change management to enforce the new model.
– Role holder will be handling cross border interactions and country nuances, closely collaborate with, global stakeholders and peers across borders.
– Role holder to ensure consistent and correct exposure assessment and application of relevant SCOs while onboarding suppliers.
– Role involves centralised governance and management of post contract supplier engagement activities for non-low risk suppliers
– Oversight and effective management of SRE compliance across CRES and Location strategy, working closely across all global delivery teams
– Co-ordinate effective understanding, interpretation and application of supplier onboarding questionnaire and ensure effective compliance and enforcement of the relevant Supplier Control Obligations
– Establishment and maintenance of controls to ensure proactive and timely engagement during supplier onboarding through centralised supplier engagement governance model (e.g.triage controls to ensure proactive sourcing engagement, timely and validated SRE and upfront negotiation of SCO during RFP stage)
– Collaboration and proactive engagement with Procurement and establishing, maintaining and operating clear accountabilities during supplier engagement life cycle (e.g.from category management to supplier onboarding and during post contract supplier management)
– Ongoing improvement of delivery processes for SRE during supplier on-boarding and BAU SRM activities post contract execution
– Establishment of a repeatable and sustainable supplier performance management framework providing robust supplier governance model to senior management, supplier relationship and service managers (e.g.clear definition and establishment of strategic, relational and operational governance levels)
– Establish a governance and escalation model for oversight of CoE delivery and ensuring compliance with relevant ESMS and applicable sourcing and supplier management policies
– Acting as a sounding board and functional expert for SRM and provide the necessary check and challenge
– Able to build consensus and motivate both individuals and teams to high performance
– Highly organised and structured. Analytical, process orientated, diligent and logical approach to work
– Coaches and mentors a high performing team
– Ability to focus on both attention to detail and presentation of concepts to stakeholders at a summary level
– Resolves critical situations or conflicts in a seamless and comfortable manner
– Direct experience of global organisation/colleagues and matrix reporting. Willingness to travel as required
